• Safe space that advocates for students,

• Generally will help route people through official processes,

• We can be the third option when there are not official avenues:,

Provide emotional support (e.g. if someone is going to a meeting they are nervous about) Meet with people to see what action they want to take and they will be a part of this action Mediating meetings Host social events to foster connection within the department
